Atea is on a journey to harmonize business processes and supporting systems, and you will be instrumental to the success of this transformation. We are hiring a Service Delivery Manager to take responsibility for the ServiceNow platform and lead the ServiceNow COE team. ServiceNow is our ITSM tool, utilized by our managed services organization for customer delivery, country-based professional services organizations, internal IT delivery, and other internal service teams.
Responsibilities

Manage and control the ServiceNow platform, including a team of 10+ employees and external consultants, primarily located in Riga.

Plan and coordinate activities in line with the roadmap and drive continuous improvements.

Oversee the execution and success of development projects incorporating ServiceNow solutions.

Develop and enforce policies and processes to mitigate technical risks.

Engage in business stakeholder management and interact with representatives at various organizational levels.

Conduct vendor management and maintain strategic vendor relationships.

Implement cost control and budget management to deliver services at competitive costs.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Service Delivery Manager in application delivery within an international context.

Experience with ITSM tools and ServiceNow is a plus.

Holistic business perspective with at least 10 years of experience in diverse IT roles, including project deliveries, agile development, and application runtime delivery.

Solid understanding of ITSM processes.

Proven experience working in complex IT landscapes, including addressing integration challenges.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop international distributed teams effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in developing, communicating, and implementing strategic objectives.

Self-motivated with a constructive and problem-solving mindset.
Location
The primary location for this position is the Atea Riga office, but other main Atea offices in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden are also possible.
