(Norge) Ementor Norge AS tegner rammeavtale på 4 år (2 + 1 + 1 år) for leveranse av Tele- og datakommunikasjonsprodukter til Skatteetaten. Ementor skal også levere vedlikehold på alt eksisterende og nytt utstyr. Avtalen har en estimert verdi på MNOK 30 i året.

The Ementor Group declared in April 2008 increased fo¬cus on corporate environmental responsibility and an even more active role to promote and support implementation of Green IT concepts both in own and customers’ organizations. Today the Ementor Group launches its internal focus and potentials within environmental handling and cost savings. The Group will reduce its carbon footprint and expect to lower its CO2 emission with 13% in 2009 and by that receive cost reduction for a potential amount of 39.1 MNOK.

(Norway) The Ementor Group announces today that it will change its company name to Atea in all countries with effect from January 1, 2009. The Atea name will then replace the Ementor name in Norway, Topnordic in Denmark and Sonex in the Baltic countries.

Ementor, the number one supplier of IT infrastructure products and services in the Nordic and Baltic region, today announced third quarter 2008 results with a strong revenue growth of 18.8% and strong operating profit of MNOK 64.5, up 27.7% year-over-year. EBITDA margin ended at 3.2%. Continued exceptional growth in services revenue contributed to the solid results.

Ementor Norge AS signs a 4 year frame agreement (2 + 1 + 1 year) with NAV for delivery of server and storage equipment. Ementor is also going to deliver maintenance for all new and excisting equipment. The total agreement has an estimated value of MNOK 40 per year.

Ementor Norge AS skriver avtale med Helse Midt-Norge IT (HEMIT) for leveranse av PanelPC med tilhørende tjenester for bruk ved Anestesi- og intensivavdelingene ved sykehusene i Helse Midt-Norge. Med opsjoner har avtalen en kontraktsverdi for Ementor på ca NOK 18 millioner.

The agreement has an estimated contract value for Ementor of NOK 100 million, with 2008 value estimated at NOK 30-40 million.

Inskrivningsmyndigheten vid Lantmäteriet investerar i ett nytt distansmötessystem som kommer att ge effektiva möten och kraftigt minskade resor med sparade utsläpp och minskade kostna-der som följd. Atea levererar systemet till myndighetens åtta orter. Affären, som innehåller tjänster och produkter, är värd ca 2.4 MSEK.

(Sverige) Fastighetsautomationsföretaget TAC har genomfört en Active Directory Health Check för att säkerställa ett väl fungerande Active Directory (AD) i dag och i framtiden. Med verksamhet i 75 länder har TAC valt att ha alla kontor kopplade till samma nätverk och AD. Det ger en möjlighet att från centralt håll uppdatera utan lokal handpåläggning då fel uppstår. Med det kraftfulla Active Directory kan TAC enkelt avstyra hotande problem centralt.
