With this partner status Ementor will expand its security product and services business to include Symantec. The partnership enables the customers to buy Symantec products including Danish support and services from Ementor.
The new status as Enterprise Security Partner implies that Ementor must have certified Symantec consultants and product consultants. Ementor has also developed several supporting tools for the Symantec Anti Virus in order to facilitate the implementation and make automatic generation of reports possible. The supporting tools include automatic surveillance in order to make sure that all systems in the network run Symantec Anti Virus.
“Ementor has a successful concept, where security products and services are combined resulting in benefit for the customer. In combination with Ementor’s many years of experience and good position within the security market we are obviously satisfied that Ementor now also will support the customers’ demands for service and support of Symantec products,” says Jan Skelbæk, Country Manager, Symantec Denmark.

In the beginning of February, we are e.g. already arranging a seminar in Copenhagen and Århus where we, together with Symantec, will present the newest technology such as Sygate. Sygate is Symantec’s latest solution related to connecting unknown equipment to companies’ networks”, he continues.
